Tickets are delivered no later than 2 days before the event date. Tickets are delivered as mobile tickets via a ticketing app. In rare cases, tickets may be provided as a PDF. Your booking confirmation reaches your email immediately after payment, and the tickets or instructions follow within that window before the event.

Lotus Arena Pattaya is in Nong Prue, in the Bang Lamung District, on the Sukhumvit Road corridor through the city. U-Tapao (Pattaya) International Airport is around 45 minutes south-east by road, and Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi is about two hours north via Motorway 7. Pattaya has no city rail network, so most visitors arrive by private car, taxi, or a ride-hailing app such as Grab; shared songthaew baht-buses also run along Sukhumvit Road and the beach roads. Allow extra time on event evenings, as the Sukhumvit Road approach can be busy.

We offer access to all officially released ticket categories for the event, subject to availability. The exact set of categories differs from event to event, even at the same venue, and is confirmed by the organiser — the live listing on the site shows what is currently on sale.

The venue sits in Nong Prue, a short drive inland from Pattaya's beachfront. Central Pattaya, Pattaya Beach, and the Jomtien beach area are all close by, and shopping and dining hubs such as Central Pattaya and Terminal 21 Pattaya have restaurants and cafés for a meal before or after a show. Many visitors combine an event at Lotus Arena Pattaya with a stay in the beach districts, which keeps the trip to the venue short.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued. If the event is postponed to a new date, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. Doors usually open one to two hours before the advertised start time; the exact time is confirmed by the organiser and shown on your ticket. Present your mobile ticket at the gate directly from your phone with the screen brightness turned up. Arriving at least 60 minutes early leaves room to clear security and reach your place.

Pattaya has a tropical climate that splits into a drier season from around November to February and a wetter monsoon season from May to October, when short heavy showers are common. Evenings in the city stay warm, so lightweight clothing usually works well for an event; if you are visiting in the green season, a light rain layer is worth having for the walk to and from the venue in Nong Prue. There is no formal dress code for general tickets.

In most cases tickets can be transferred to another person. The exact method depends on the ticketing platform used for delivery — some support direct in-app transfers, while others need coordination through our support team. All sales are final, so orders cannot generally be cancelled once payment is complete, because tickets are reserved or purchased for your specific order as soon as you pay. Cancellation requests are reviewed only case by case. If you need to raise one, contact support@lotusarenapattaya.com as early as possible with your order details, and we will tell you upfront what is possible.

Venues generally prohibit weapons, alcohol and food brought from outside, oversized bags, professional cameras with detachable lenses, recording equipment, laser pointers and any pyrotechnics. Security screening is carried out at every entrance, so travelling light speeds up entry. The definitive list is published by the venue for each event and takes precedence over any general guidance — check the venue's own rules for your date before you set out.
